The Minnesota Lynx (3-11) take on the Seattle Storm (8-5) in a Commissioner’s Cup matchup at Target Center on Tuesday night.
Minnesota is coming off a close 84-80 loss against the Indiana Fever on Sunday night. Nikolina Milic was the spark off the bench, posting a career-high and game-high 23 points for the team. Lynx guard Aerial Powers had a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds, her third double-double of her career.
Seattle is on a three-game win streak after defeating the Dallas Wings 84-79 on Sunday night. Storm forward Breanna Stewart had a game-high 25 points and 8 rebounds, while guard Jewell Loyd had 22 points.
This is the second time the two teams are meeting this season, with Seattle taking their first matchup 97-74. They will meet two more times this regular season after Tuesday’s game, once more in Seattle, and once more in Minneapolis.
