Preview: Lynx Look To Continue Streak Against Fever

The Minnesota Lynx (4-1) look to continue their three-game winning streak Friday night against the Indiana Fever (2-3).

Minnesota is coming off a big 92-66 win against New York Liberty, led by forward Bridget Carleton’s career-best night of 25 points and seven rebounds. After missing two games for concussion protocol, Lynx guard Lexie Brown returned with full force to record 15 points, five rebounds, and a franchise-record-tying seven steals.

Indiana faced Los Angeles on Wednesday, where the Fever fell 86-75 to the Sparks. Forward Candice Dupree led the team with 16 points and seven rebounds. Indiana’s third overall pick in the 2020 WNBA Draft, forward Lauren Cox, made her debut versus LA with 3:43 remaining in the first quarter.

Friday is Minnesota and Indiana’s first time meeting this season, after the Lynx went 2-1 against the Fever during the 2019 season.
