Preview: Lynx at Dream

The Minnesota Lynx (2-7) face the Atlanta Dream (5-3) at Gateway Center Arena @ College Park on Wednesday night.

Minnesota most recently fell to Los Angeles in a close 85-83 match up. Lynx guard Kayla McBride had a team-high 19 points, while center Sylvia Fowles had 15 points and seven rebounds before fouling out of the competition.

Minnesota announced on Tuesday that they’ve added Elissa Cunane to the roster, a subsequent move after announcing center Natalie Achonwa will remain out indefinitely with a right hamstring strain, and guard Moriah Jefferson will be out indefinitely with a left quadriceps strain.

The Dream is coming off an 81-54 victory over the Phoenix Mercury on Sunday. Rookie guard Kristy Wallace had team-high 17 points, while teammate and guard Erica Wheeler tallied 16 points in the game.
