Minnesota Lynx Announce 2024 Broadcast Schedule

Schedule includes 13 nationally televised games on CBS, ESPN and ION and 28 games on Bally Sports North 

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL – The Minnesota Lynx today announced their broadcast schedule for the 2024 WNBA season. Following the league’s landmark deal with ION last year, the network will nationally televise nine Minnesota games on each Friday throughout the 2024 season with additional networks CBS and ESPN carrying the team’s remaining four national broadcasts for a total of 13 nationally televised games. Bally Sports North (BSN) will continue their historic coverage of the Lynx and will carry 28 fully produced games that will air on BSN and Bally Sports North Extra.  

The 2024 season features 40 regular season games from May 14 through Sept. 19 with the Paris Olympic Break running July 21 – Aug. 14.  

Minnesota’s schedule includes 13 nationally televised games (up from nine last season) that will air on CBS (May 25 vs. New York and Aug. 17 at Washington), ESPN (July 14 vs. Indiana and Aug. 21 at Las Vegas) and ION (May 17 vs. Seattle, May 31 vs. Phoenix, June 7 at Phoenix, June 14 vs. Los Angeles, July 12 at Seattle, Aug. 23 vs. Las Vegas, Aug. 30 at Dallas, Sept. 6 at Indiana and Sept. 13 vs. Chicago). NBA TV will carry six games (May 29 vs. Las Vegas, June 11 at Las Vegas, June 22 vs. Phoenix, July 6 vs. Washington, Aug. 24 vs. Indiana and Sept. 10 at Atlanta). Prime Video will stream one game (July 4 vs. Connecticut). 

Bally Sports North’s broadcasts of Lynx basketball will feature Emmy Award winning play-by-play announcer Marney Gellner, who enters her 14th season calling Lynx action, along with analyst Lea B. Olsen, who returns for her 16th season. Sloane Martin returns for her third season as sideline reporter and will handle play-by-play for select games.
