Accessible Seating
Fans using wheelchairs, plus one companion, will be allowed to purchase wheelchair accessible seats located in Row T in various sections in the lower level. To buy these seats as a season ticket, the person using the wheelchair must attend at least half the games in the season ticket package. If a wheelchair accessible location is needed for just a few games,please contact Fan Relations in before of the game to make arrangements.

Added Value
Additional items that may be added to a group ticket package. Examples include T-shirts, food items or a postgame on-court event. Call the sales staff at 612-673-8400 or stop by the booth on game nights behind section 138.
ATMs
There are several Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) located within Target Center. Locations include the Target Center lobby, the Target Center skyway, and in the arena outside sections 106, 136, 206 and 236.
Autographs
We solicit autographs from our players for charitable purposes only. Please check the Donations section for more information.

Ball Exchange
Before each Lynx home game, 12 kids (ages 4-14) are given the opportunity to receive a basketball from one of their favorite Lynx players on the court. After the visiting team has been introduced, the lights are dimmed and the Lynx players are introduced. One by one, each Lynx player will run to half court where the kids are standing in a spotlight and present a kid with a WNBA ball. Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are permitted in Target Center. They may not be commercial in nature or obscene, or cause a disturbance to other fans. They may not be hung or displayed on any part of the arena or in any way that obstructs arena advertising or other guests' view of the game.
Box Office
The box office is located in the main lobby of Target Center on First Avenue North. Will call is open 90 minutes prior to tip-off. A photo ID is needed in order to pick up tickets left at will call.

Winter Hours (October 1-April 30):
Monday - Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Sunday: Four hours prior to the event

Summer Hours (May 1-September 30):
Monday - Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Four hours prior to the event

Broadcast
Information
All Lynx games are broadcast on the team s radio affiliate, BOB 106 (KLCI 106.1 FM). Select Lynx games are broadcast on Fox Sports North and FSN+.

Cameras
The Lynx and Target Center will allow the use of cameras with a lens no longer than three inches. If the camera has a zoom lens, the lens may not be longer than three inches when extended. Flash photography is prohibited. Disposable cameras are recommended. Film and disposable camera vending machines are located in the lower concourse behind section 136.

Prior to the beginning of the game, fans are welcome to take photos inside the arena. We ask you to be aware of your surroundings and extend courtesy to your fellow fans and not obstruct the view of the fans in their seats. Once the game begins, fans may take photos from their seats. Once again, we ask you to be aware of your surroundings and not obstruct the view of the court for other fans.

Camps
The Timberwolves and Lynx hold youth basketball camps throughout the state of Minnesota all year long, along with individual training. Find out more information at the Timberwolves & Lynx Basketball Academy site.
Cash Machines

Child Ticketing
Policy
All children over the age of 2 years are required to possess a ticket for entry to the building. Children under 24 months of age may enter without a ticket, but must sit on their parent or guardian's lap.
Community Service
The Lynx are active in the community through events such as Lynx Go Pink, Read to Achieve, Tickets for Kids, & Catwalk for a Cure. Read more about the Lynx' -community programs.
Concessions
Concession stands located throughout Target Center sell various types of food, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages. Minnesota state law prohibits the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 21 years. Guests will be required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.
Courtesy
Fan courtesy is an important element of enjoyment at Target Center. Improper conduct (including profane or abusive language and throwing objects) may result in ejection from the building. Repeated offenses could result in the loss of ticket privileges.

Services
Target Center offers hearing-impaired individuals the opportunity to get information about events over the phone through our in-house TDD number. This number is available though the Target Center Ticket Office, during business hours at 612-673-1688. Assisted listening devices are also available free of charge for use during an event. Stop by Guest Services to get yours. Hearing impaired interpreters may be provided for most events. Call 612-673-0900 for more information.
Discounts
Groups of 10 or more may purchase tickets at a discount. Visit the Group Tickets page for more information.

As an active community participant, the Timberwolves and Lynx organization is dedicated to assisting community organizations that focus on non-profit groups and education programs in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Please follow the donation guidelines below for both the Timberwolves and the Lynx. Please note that e-mail requests are not accepted.
All requests must be made in writing on event letterhead 4-6 weeks prior
to the event date.
Requests for employee incentive programs (i.e. United Way campaign
fundraising, employee appreciation, etc.) are not typically granted.
We solicit autographs from our players for charitable purposes only.

Kids Tunnel
The kids tunnel is a great way to get up close to your favorite Lynx players. Kids (ages 4-14) get an opportunity to high-five players as they enter the court for pregame or halftime warmups. Lost and Found
A lost and found service is available at Guest Services. Articles are kept at the office until the end of the event and then are stored for 30 days. For more information, please call 612- 673-1333.
Lost or Stolen
Tickets
Season tickets that are lost, stolen or destroyed may be replaced with a seat authorization pass for an individual game. A police report is required to reprint entire season ticket packages that are stolen, and written documentation must be provided for season ticket packages deemed lost. Please treat your tickets like cash, and do not leave them unsecured in your office or home. Please call Fan Relations for assistance at 612-673-8373.

Lynx Gym
The Wolves and Lynx Pro Shop is the team store of the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx. Located on the skyway level of Target Center.

The Lynx are looking for talented and professional performers to sing the National Anthem prior to home games. The preferred style for the anthem is a capella and in a straight version with little personal musical interpretation. Security Policy
The Minnesota Lynx have announced increased security measures at Target Center. Among the measures that will be in place:
Increased security presence both inside and outside Target Center
Wanding of our guests when the country raises its security alert
Inspection of all small handbags and purses
Prohibit anything larger than a shoe box
Prohibit large bags, coolers and backpacks
Prohibit duffel bags (kids participating in pregame clinics must secure a
pass from the Sales or Fan Relations staff)
Select-A-Seat
To upgrade season tickets, the Lynx offer a Select-a-Seat event every year for season ticket holders to view available seats in the arena. This allows you the opportunity to experience the view from different seat locations and learn more about pricing.
Smoking Policy
Target Center is a smoke-free building. If you'd like to smoke once the game or event is underway, please see the security guard at the skyway or main lobby exits to have your ticket scanned. You must return to the same location for your ticket to be scanned again for entrance into Target Center.

Tours

Video Cameras
Video equipment may not be brought in unless you are taping a friend or family member who is participating in a halftime performance, a promotion or some other special circumstance during the event. However, they must be checked in and you will be issued a tag/pass from either the Sales or Fan Relations staff.

Conference
The Lynx are located in the WNBA's Western Conference. Comprised of six teams: Minnesota Lynx, Los Angeles Sparks, Phoenix Mercury, San Antonio Silver Stars, Seattle Storm, & Tulsa Shock.
Will Call
Tickets will be left at will call if an order is received less than 10 days prior to a game date. The same rule applies for playoff tickets.
