For Ethan Casson, his internal drive originates from his childhood days of playing basketball.
“There was a grit, [to] outwork everybody,” Casson said on the latest episode of the “Off The Record” podcast. “No matter what the circumstances.”
Casson adopted this mentality throughout his professional career, which started with cold-calling and faxing resumes to potential employers, to now being the current CEO of the Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Lynx.
