The Minnesota Lynx (0-4) head to Los Angeles to face the Sparks (2-2) in a Commissioner’s Cup Matchup on Tuesday night.
Minnesota fell to the Chicago Sky on Saturday night, 82-78. Recent signee Nikolina Milic came off the bench and tallied a game-high 18 points along with five rebounds. Veteran center Sylvia Fowles contributed 16 points and 11 rebounds in the game, her second double-double of the season.
Tuesday’s game will be the Lynx’s first game in the 2022 season with guard Kayla McBride, who missed the first four game due to overseas obligations.
Los Angeles fell to the Connecticut Sun on Saturday night, 77-60. Veteran forward Nneka Ogwumike and guard Jordin Canada both posted 12 points in the game, while teammate and center Liz Cambage had 10 points.
This is the first time the two teams meet this regular season, and will see each other again on Sunday, May 29th at Target Center.
