The Minnesota Lynx (1-6) face the Indiana Fever (1-5) at Target Center on Friday night.

Minnesota was supposed to take on the New York Liberty on Wednesday night, but the game was postponed due to the air quality issues impacting the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and the greater New York area following the wildfires in Canada.

Indiana is on a three-game losing streak after falling to the Chicago Sky on Tuesday night, 108-103. Fever rookie Aliyah Boston earned a double-double with a team-high 25 points and 11 rebounds in the competition.

In addition to Friday’s matchup, the Minnesota Lynx will be hosting former legendary players for the team’s 25th year celebration. The ceremony will take place immediately following the game.

In celebration of the Minnesota Lynx 25th season celebration weekend, the Fastbreak Foundation is hosting a 25th Anniversary Auction on Friday, June 9 through Sunday, June 11. Bidding begins Friday, June 9 at 9:00 a.m. CT at www.lynxbasketball.com/auction and will close at the conclusion (final buzzer) of Sunday’s game vs. the Los Angeles Sparks (tipoff at 6:00 p.m. CT).
