Dangerfield, a 5-5 guard, averaged 14.9 ppg, 3.7 rpg and 3.9 apg in 30 games during her senior campaign. Of her 30 games she notched double figures on 24 occasions. The Murfreesboro, Tennessee native was named to the 2020 AAC first-team and All-tournament team.
Tonight marks the seventh time the Lynx have selected a player from Connecticut in the WNBA Draft, most recently selecting Napheesa Collier with the sixth overall pick in the 2019 WNBA Draft and the second time they have selected a Husky in back-to-back drafts (Charde Houston, 2008 and Renee Montgomery, 2009).
Ogwumike, a 5-9 guard from Rice University, played in and started 27 games in her senior season, averaging a career-best 19.0 ppg and 10.3 rpg. She finished her collegiate career at Rice ranked second in rebounding (10.1 rpg), third in free throw percentage (81.4) and fifth in career rebounds (905).
The Cypress, Texas native earned 2019-20 C-USA Player of the Year along with other accolades, including WBCA All-Region, WNCA All-America Honorable Mention, third-straight All Conference First Team and C-USA All-Defensive Team.
Talbot played one season for the Lynx, averaging 4.4 ppg, 2.3 rpg and 1.4 apg in 33 games.
