Minnesota Lynx Waive Amber Harris

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL – The Minnesota Lynx today announced the team has waived forward Amber Harris.

Harris was originally selected by the Minnesota Lynx with the 4th overall pick in the 2011 WNBA Draft. Over her three year career with the Lynx, she has averaged 3.0 points, 1.8 rebounds and 0.5 assists per game. Harris played a career-high 30 games in 2013 but went on to miss the entire 2014 season due to an injury.

Minnesota’s roster currently stands at 14 and must be trimmed to 12 players on or before June 3.
