Minnesota Lynx to Open 2021 Season at Home on May 14th vs the Phoenix Mercury
MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL – The Minnesota Lynx today announced the team’s schedule for the upcoming 2021 season. The Lynx will tip-off their 23rd WNBA season, presented by Mayo Clinic, on May 14th against the Phoenix Mercury.
After playing their 22nd season in a single-site location, the Minnesota Lynx home games will once again take place at Target Center with an emphasis on health and safety protocols.
Coming off their 10th consecutive playoff appearance, Minnesota will play a 32-game season in which fans will be able to see the 2021 roster highlighted by MVP Sylvia Fowles, All-Star Napheesa Collier, Rookie of the Year Crystal Dangerfield and the newly acquired Kayla McBride, Aerial Powers and Natalie Achonwa.
