Minnesota Lynx Re-Sign Forward Endy Miyem

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL – The Minnesota Lynx today announced the team has re-signed forward Endy Miyem. Miyem was originally signed by Minnesota on Feb. 7, 2018 and waived on May 17. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Miyem, a 6-3 forward from Reims, France, finished her second season with the Italian club Famila Schio, where she averaged 11.9 ppg (53.3%) and 4.1 rpg in 27 LegA games along with 8.6 ppg (45.4%) and 2.9 rpg in 15 EuroLeague outings. A two-time Olympian, she was part of France’s silver-medal-winning entry at the 2012 London Games and was the team’s leading scorer (10.6 ppg) in 2016, when they placed fourth in Rio de Janeiro. She has also represented France at the FIBA World Championship for Women in both 2010 and 2014 and has played at the club level for Dynamo Kursk (Russia) and Bourges (France).
