MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL – The Minnesota Lynx defeated the Phoenix Mercury last night 82-67 in Game 3 of the WNBA semifinals round, sweeping the best-of-five series and advancing to the WNBA Finals.
The team has home court advantage and will play Game 1 and Game 2 of the Finals at Target Center on October 9 and 11. Should the series go to Game 5 it would be played at Target Center on October 20. The away games in the best-of-five series will be played on October 14 and 16.
Single-game tickets for all home games go on sale today at 10 a.m. and can be purchased on lynxbasketball.com/tickets. For Game 1, 10,000 fans in attendance will receive a free Lynx WNBA Finals t-shirt.
