Minnesota Lynx guard Kayla McBride, affectionately known as McBuckets, has brought her passion for baking together with her love of basketball by partnering with T-Rex Cookie as a guest baker for the month of September.
Throughout the month, T-Rex Cookie will be featuring a mint chocolate chip cookie that was created by McBride herself. “The Kayla Cookie” is available at all Twin Cities Hy-Vee locations, T-Rex stores in Eagan and Ridgedale Mall, and during Lynx games at Target Center. With each cookie sold, a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities.
On Tuesday, September 14th, Kayla will be making an appearance at T-Rex’s Ridgedale location where fans can buy a cookie and take a socially distanced photo with the three-time WNBA All-Star.
