All-Star weekend is upon us! The main event is of course the All-Star game, where four Lynx players will be representing Minnesota, but there are plenty other events taking place throughout the weekend as well. Here’s a rundown:

All-Star Practice, Presented by Rasmussen College

If you’ve purchased a ticket for the All-Star Game, you can use it to attend open team practices on Friday afternoon. Team Delle Donne will practice first, from 1:00 to 1:45, and Team Parker will follow from 2:15 to 3:00. Again, to attend the practices, you’ll need tickets to the game. If you still need tickets, you can get them here! Seating is general admission.

WNBA Orange Carpet

The WNBA All-Stars will walk the WNBA Orange Carpet outside of the Lexus Courtside Club at Target Center as they enter the All-Star Welcome Reception presented by Rasmussen College. Players will arrive at 5:30PM. Fans and media are invited to view the Orange Carpet arrivals, however, cannot attend the All-Star Welcome Reception.

Three-Point Contest

The league’s Three-Point Contest will uniquely take place during halftime of the All-Star Game. It will also air on ABC.

No Lynx player is taking part n the contest, but former Lynx guard Renee Montgomery (now with the Atlanta Dream) is one of six contestants.

The other participants include Seattle’s Jewell Loyd, Las Vegas’ Kayla McBride, Indiana’s Kelsey Mitchell, Chicago’s Allie Quigley and Washington’s Kristi Toliver.

Quigley is looking to defend her 2017 championship. She’s probably the favorite, shooting 43.5 percent from deep, a mark that ranks fourth in the league.

2018 WNBA All-Star Game

Of course, the main event. Maya Moore, Rebekkah Brunson and Team Parker will take on Seimone Augustus, Sylvia Fowles and Team Delle Donne at 2:30 at Target Center. After the game, stick around for the presentation of the All-Star MVP Trophy and the conclusion of the weekend. If you still need tickets for the game, you can purchase them here.
