Jasmine Allen

The 2026 season will mark Allen’s first year with the Minnesota Lynx and her first season as basketball operations manager. She joins the organization after serving as director of basketball operations for the Temple women’s basketball program, a position she assumed in April 2022 after beginning as assistant director of basketball operations in 2019 at Towson University.

During her time at Temple and Towson, Allen also contributed extensively to USA Basketball from 2018 to 2020, serving as support staff for multiple national team trials and camps in Colorado Springs, Colo., including the U16-U19 Women’s National Team Trials, Pan-American Women’s Team Trials and U18 Men’s and Women’s 3x3 Team Camp. In 2018, she attended the Women’s National Team Camp and traveled with the Senior Women’s National Team for practices and exhibition games in New York and Washington D.C. ahead of the 2018 FIBA World Cup.

Through her work with USA Basketball, Allen was selected to serve as a Team Attendant for the NBA’s 2020 Season Restart Bubble in Orlando, Fla., where she supported game-day operations for various NBA teams.

Allen began her career in athletics in 2015 as a football student recruiting assistant with Towson Athletics and later served as a women’s basketball manager. A native of Montclair, N.J., she earned a bachelor’s degree in sport management with a minor in business administration from Towson University in 2018.
