METRO TRANSIT – GREEN LINE

Getting to the game is easy with Metro Transit and the Green Line. Just show your downloadable pass to a bus driver or Transit Police officer and you can ride free on Metro Transit buses and light rail two hours before the game starts until two hours after the game ends. PARKING NEAR XCEL ENERGY CENTER

Xcel Energy Center’s preferred parking locations are:
• RiverCentre Ramp (150 West Kellogg Boulevard, St. Paul, MN 55102)
• Kellogg Ramp (129 West Kellogg Boulevard, St. Paul, MN 55102).
We are looking into discounted parking options for members and we will communicate any potential discounts as we get closer to next season. We cannot guarantee anything related to discounted parking, as we may not be able to secure a partnership.

WHERE SHOULD I ENTER THE ARENA?

There are five entrances into the Xcel Energy Center. At least one door at every gate will be open for Lynx games. There will be a dedicated “members only” door, at both Gates 1 & 3
• Gate 1: Kellogg Blvd
• Gate 2: Corner West 7th Street & Kellogg Blvd
• Gate 3: Corner of West 7th Street & West 5th Street
• Gate 4: West 5th Street
• Gate 5: Skyway Level – enter from RiverCentre Ramp

WILL THERE BE DEDICATED MEMBER ENTRANCES?

Yes, there will be two “Members Only” lines; one at Gate 1 (located on Kellogg Blvd) & Gate 3 (located at the corner of West 7th Street & West 5th Street)

WILL THERE BE A MEMBER LOUNGE?

Yes – the Member Lounge will be located underneath section 110. You will be able to access it by entering underneath section 110 in the arena, or taking the elevator outside section 107, if you need ADA access.

WHAT UNIQUE FEATURES DOES THE XCEL ENERGY CENTER HAVE?

Jack Daniels Old No. 7 Club
Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Club is located on the Club Level and will be open and available to all fans during Lynx games. A concessions-style chef’s table will be served and reservation begin at 5:30PM. To make a reservation, please call the reservation line at 651-726-8400 (Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM)

Michelob Golden Light Fan Zone
Is an open restaurant within the arena, located just inside of Gate 4 (located on West 5th Street), by section 120. This will be open during every Lynx game, beginning at 5:30PM. No reservations are needed.

IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE?

Wheelchair escorts are available for guests who may require additional assistance to and from their seats. A pre-arranged escort will meet a guest at the designated gate and assist the guest to his/her seat. At the conclusion of the event, an escort will return to the guest’s seat and escort him/her to the nearest exit. ARE CAMERAS ALLOWED INSIDE XCEL ENERGY CENTER?

The following are general rules of camera use and are subject to change at any time based on a specific request from the event or promoter:
Cameras with a detachable lens or lens of more than two (2) inches are prohibited from all Xcel Energy Center events. The use of flash photography may also be prohibited. The event producer reserves the right to deny camera use at any time before or during the event and to prohibit the use of any camera that is deemed unacceptable.

Video recorders or digital cameras with recording capabilities are prohibited at any time during an event. Xcel Energy Center reserves the right to examine and prohibit use of any camera that staff deem unacceptable. Audio recorders are not allowed at any time.

PROHIBITED ITEMS AND BAG REGULATIONS

The following items are prohibited and may NOT be brought into Xcel Energy Center:

  • Cans, bottles, coolers or similar containers
  • Food or beverage
  • Air horns, noise makers, balloons, beach balls or wrapped gifts
  • Oversized bags or backpacks
  • Pets (other than service animals)
  • Laser pointers
  • Recording devices (video or audio)
  • Weapons of any kind: including guns, knives, pepper spray, mace, chains, spikes, etc.
  • Selfie sticks of any kind
  • Inflatable items
  • Masks (masks are defined as forms of disguise or concealment worn over or in front of the face to hide the identity of the person)

All guests are subject to be searched upon entering the arena. Purses, diaper bags and other small bags are allowed, but will be inspected.
