Temi Fagbenle Had Herself A Game On Sunday

Temi Fagbenle had a strong finish to her 2018 season with the Lynx and it has carried over into her play abroad.

In a Sunday contest against Widzew Lodz, Fagbenle led CCC Polkowice to a blowout 90-50 victory. She scored 28 points on 11-of-16 shooting, hit her only three-point attempt and added 13 rebounds, two assists, a steal and a block. She was a mind-boggling plus 42 on the night.

It was an impressively efficient game from the young center, who had some real shining moments last Lynx season. It is great to see Temi leading her team and getting more touches abroad. It is obviously great experience to play with players of the Lynx’s caliber in practice, but it’s also important for players like Fagbenle to get the extensive in-game experience that comes from playing abroad.

This certainly won’t be the last big game for Fagbenle. Lynx fans should keep a close eye on CCC Polkowice.
