Rebekkah Brunson: ‘I just hope that I can continue to encourage young women and young men’

Lynx power forward Rebekkah Brunson delivered a powerful message via The Players’ Tribune on Friday.
It’s hard to give the piece justice by describing it. She talks about her family’s journey and how as a society, we need more acceptance and less exclusion.
“I just hope that I can continue encourage young women, and young men, throughout the communities, to be true to who they are, be true to themselves, and to stand up for what’s right,” Brunson said in the video.
