“Sophie’s legacy goes beyond her contributions and statistics and her basketball success. She is an incredible person and has been a tremendous ambassador in our community. She’s one of the most loved players I’ve ever coached. No matter where we traveled there were Sophie Brunner fans in the stands. That doesn’t happen just because of what you do on the court, it happens because of who you are as a person.”
