Brittney Sykes concluded her career at Syracuse with the most starts in program history with 137. In her time at Syracuse, Sykes ranks third in school history career points (1,846), third in field goals made (670), fifth in steals (266), eighth in rebounds (810). Sykes helped lead the Orange to the NCAA Tournament every season since arriving at the school.

WBCA All-Region 1 Team • Blue Ribbon Panel and Coaches’ All-Atlantic Coast Conference First Team honoree • Atlantic Coast Conference All-Defensive Team • Recognized on the Dawn Staley Award midseason watch list and Wade Trophy watch list • All-Florida Sunshine Classic Team • Ranked second on the team in scoring and rebounding, averaging 19.2 points and 7.8 rebounds per game • Recorded 28 points, one point shy of the program NCAA Tournament record, against Iowa State (3/18) in the first round of the NCAA Tournament • Tallied 21 points at Pittsburgh (2/26) • Tallied a career-high 34 points against North Carolina (2/12) • Finished third in the ACC in points per game (19.2).
